Lou Lebda has built an extensive customer service career on professional integrity, honesty and perseverance. After working his way up through the ranks of management for a well known retail food corporation Lou decided it was time for a change and joined UPS where he worked for over 27 years.

After retiring from UPS, Lou decided to apply his business talents and people skills to real estate. Lou worked for an established real estate firm in Norwalk for more than 7 years before joining RQ.

The customer-focused way of doing business at RealtyQuest is a perfect fit for Lou's personal philosophy.
