Kris Patterson is really easy to work with.  She knows what she's doing, get's the answers you need quickly, and does what she says she's going to do.  Most important, when you talk to Kris, you never get the sense that you're talking to a salesperson.  You really get the sense that she is working for you, as opposed to other agents who can come off like they're really trying to get you to buy something before they're sure it's right for you.  Kris' approach is always easy-going and pleasant.  You never feel pressured by the way she works.

Kris Patterson is a people person. "It's all about the people, their faces. There's nothing like seeing the faces of new home owners when they move into their first home." Kris grew up in Maine. Perhaps that explains her "down-to earth" nature. She has worked in people oriented businesses all her life, from serving as a waitress to working as a fitness instructor and manager for the Elaine Powers company. "I'm the kind of person that when I do something, whatever it is, I do it right." she says.

Kris is also a family person who loves to spend time with her grandson and his friends. She volunteers her time with the kids at school and camp doing arts and crafts. She also enjoys the creativity of remodeling her own home.

A resident of Milford, Kris focuses her efforts in the New Haven area and in the northern Fairfield County towns of Bridgeport and Stratford.
