Iveta Barinow

Real Estate is more than just buying and selling for Iveta Barinow. "It's all about balance.", says Iveta. "That's the foundation of good design… and good design makes for harmony in the home."

Combining the aesthetic with good business insight is what gives Iveta an advantage that she can pass on to her clients. "That what I like about my job. Choosing the right house involves considerations of style and function, but it also requires wisdom and practical thinking in the economics of the purchase and sale. I enjoy working with the combination of issues." Ten years ago, she arrived in the U.S from the Slovac Republic of Eastern Europe. Since then, she has worked for Lancome cosmetics and William-Raveis Real Estate before coming to RealtyQuest. Just recently, she graduated with a design and business degree from Gibbs College in Norwalk, CT.

Iveta enjoys helping people. "Customer service is my primary focus. I want clients to feel satisfied in their decisions… not only their decisions related to home buying but also in their decision to choose me to assist them." Iveta is not the pushy type. "I would never try to convince someone to buy a home that's not right for them."

In her spare time, Iveta enjoys skiing, painting and gardening. She focuses her real estate efforts in southern Fairfield County. In addition to English, Iveta speaks four languages Russian, Slovak, Polish, and Czech, making her especially helpful to clients from eastern European countries.
