Diana Lea says, "You don't have to be bossy, pushy or a bully to succeed in this business. You can attract more bees with honey." That's what years of customer service in the garment industry have taught this British native who got into real estate with the intent of staying in for the long haul. "I wanted to find something I could do for 20 or 30 years, look back and feel a sense of accomplishment.", she says. She became interested in RealtyQuest after hearing about the unique team approach that the company uses to differentiate themselves from the other agencies.

Diana is known for her non-aggressive approach with clients. "Relationships are the key. It's a people business and people don't like to be pushed. They want to take their time in making decisions and that good because you don't want someone having regrets when the paperwork is done and the moving trucks are loaded."

Diana resides in Norwalk with her husband and three children including 6 year old boy/girl twins and a Siamese cat named Sam. She loves to cook and work in her garden. She focuses her real estate efforts in Norwalk and surrounding communities.
