Claudia Alvarez

Good communicating comes naturally to Claudia Alvarez. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she speaks fluent Spanish as well as English, but that's not the key to her charisma. A most friendly and disarming personality immediately puts new clients at ease making the real estate process a pleasure from start to finish. A teacher by training, Claudia studied education and literature at the Sacred Heart University in Buenos Aires. She later served as Professor of Literature at the University and taught Spanish to American and foreign diplomats before coming to the United States.

For Claudia, real estate represents a career change and a challenge she is very excited about. "My teaching experience helps me succeed in real estate because there is so much information to present to a client. The more the client knows and understands the better. It reduces stress and makes for a quicker transaction." says Claudia.

Moving to the United States from a completely different culture gives Claudia an advantage that she can share with her clients. "I understand the adjustments people have to make when they move. It is always an unsettling experience, but the difficulties can be minimized with a little planning and preparation."

Claudia focuses her services on clients within Fairfield County. She lives in the Rowayton with her husband and young daughter where she enjoys reading, movies, swimming, tennis, yoga and dancing.
